Kinetix is a music video production service operated by Kyle Coghlan in San Diego, California. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What we collect

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your song file or streaming link
• A photo of yourself for your video
• Optional vocal stem audio
• A short description of the vibe you want

Stripe collects billing details and transaction metadata when you pay. We never see or store your card numbers. We use Plausible for anonymous, cookie-free traffic analytics.

2. How we use it

To plan and produce your video and communicate about your order. We use your photos and song only to produce your video and do not use them to train any model.

3. Third parties

• Kinetix Webapp — order submissions
• Stripe — payment
• Hosting/storage providers — video delivery
• Plausible — anonymous analytics
• Email provider — correspondence

4. Retention

Submissions are stored while a project is active and up to 12 months after delivery, then deleted unless you request otherwise.

5. Your rights

Email hello@kinetix.video to access, correct, delete, or export your data.

6. Children

Kinetix is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
