Kinetix creates custom AI-assisted video content from the materials you provide — your song, vocal stem, lyrics, hero image, style selections, and project notes. By submitting a project, you confirm that you own or have permission to use all uploaded materials.
AI video expectations
AI video generation is creative and probabilistic. Kinetix uses planning, storyboard review, lip-sync alignment, quality checks, editing, upscaling, and delivery packaging to create the strongest result possible, but exact likeness, movement, mouth shape, choreography, scene details, and timing may vary between generations.
Free 10-second tests are branded proof clips showing general style, motion, and creative direction. They are not guaranteed to represent every section of a full song.
Hero images must feature a single artist or authorized character. Bands, unauthorized celebrity likenesses, minors, copyrighted characters, logos, or third-party images may be rejected.
Watermarks & delivery
Free 10-second trial videos include a Kinetix.video watermark. Upgrading to any paid package unlocks a watermark-free version of your original trial when available. Paid deliveries are provided without Kinetix watermarks unless otherwise stated.
Payments & refunds
Submitting a free test is free. For paid orders, payment is applied toward the selected package and work begins after the order is accepted and paid. Once production has started, payments become non-refundable because custom creative work and provider costs are committed.

Approvals & revisions
Some products include storyboard approval before final generation. Revision availability depends on the package and does not include changing the song, artist identity, or product type unless agreed in writing.
Files & retention
Customer media files are normally deleted 7 days after delivery or inactivity unless needed for support, accounting, legal compliance, or a customer-requested continuation.
Rights & commercial use
You keep ownership of the materials you provide. Subject to full payment, paid deliverables may be used for release campaigns, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Spotify Canvas, ads, and press. You are responsible for ensuring your materials and usage do not violate others' rights.
