Refund Policy

We want every artist who works with Kinetix to feel good about the result. Here is exactly how refunds work.
1. Before work begins
If you have paid but we have not started production, you can cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. Email hello@kinetix.video with your project name.
2. After work begins
Once production has started, the project is non-refundable because compute and time costs are incurred immediately. Work-in-progress assets remain Kinetix property and are not delivered.
3. After delivery
Once your final video is delivered, the project is non-refundable. Every project includes one round of revisions — send notes within 7 days of delivery.
4. Still unhappy after revisions
If the result still does not meet the brief after the included revision round, email us and we will make it right — additional revisions, partial, or full refund — case by case.
5. Refunds we cannot offer
- Issues caused by missing, low-quality, or off-spec assets you submitted where we delivered to the brief
- A change in your release plans or label situation after a video is produced
- Performance on third-party platforms (views, retention, monetization)
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go to the original Stripe payment method; Stripe may take 3–10 business days to post.
7. Disputes
Before a chargeback, please email hello@kinetix.video — we will resolve it directly.
